Regulation: The Hypnotherapy industry is self-regulated in Australia and relies on professional bodies like the Australian Hypnotherapists Association (AHA), Hypnotherapy Council of Australia (HCA), and the Guild of Australian Hypnotherapists (GoAH) to set standards, ensure training, and provide accountability. 
 

Ethical Guidelines: Hypnotherapists are generally expected to adhere to ethical codes and standards of practice set by their professional associations. Choosing a hypnotherapist who is a member of a reputable professional association can provide consumers with a degree of assurance regarding their qualifications and adherence to ethical standards. 

 

Accreditation: Graham Robinson is certified as a Master in Integrative Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression and is also a practioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Graham Robinson is a member of the International Institute of Complimentary Therapies (ICCT).

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use these services. By using these services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the eligibility requirements.
 

Services: My services include Integrative Hypnotherapy and Past Lives Therapy along with other therapeutic tools designed to assist in addressing your emotional well-being, and personal development.
 

No Guarantees: While I strive to provide effective therapy and support, I do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from my services.

Scheduling: Appointments for therapy sessions can be scheduled through my website GrahamRobinsonwellness.com
 

Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Fees: Fees for my services are detailed on my website GrahamRobinsonWellness.com or provided upon request. I reserve the right to change these fees at any time.

Payment: Electronic Transfers and PayPal are accepted as forms of payment. Payment is due 24 hours prior to the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refunds: Refunds for services are provided at the discretion of GrahamRobinsonWellness and are not available once a session has been completed.

Exceptions: There are certain exceptions to confidentiality, such as when there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or when required by law.

Conduct: I expect clients to behave respectfully. Abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services. As a therapist I adhere to a strict code of ethics as per the ICCT. 
 

Termination: I reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to my services for conduct that I believe violates these Terms or is harmful to my business.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graham Robinson or his associated business shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of my services.
 

Consumer Protection: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Changes to Terms: These Terms may be updated from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on my website. Your continued use of my services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
