HEALING

Graham brings both lived experience and professional expertise to heal childhood trauma and its long-term effects on our adult relationships.

Trained in Clinical Integrative Hypnotherapy, he works compassionately and practically with clients to help them recover from early abuse and neglect, enabling them to understand how these experiences continue to shape their anxiety, shame, anger, low self-worth and confidence — and how those patterns can change.

His work focuses on addressing root causes rather than surface symptoms, supporting clients to process unresolved deep emotional memories that shape their present-day reactions.

Trauma is not always confined to personal memory. For many people, their experiences are linked to intergenerational patterns that extend beyond the events of their present life.

Using Past Life Therapy, Graham helps clients access and work with the deeper origins of these inherited memories. By identifying how unresolved experiences continue to influence emotions, behaviours, and relationships, space is created for meaningful release and change.

Understanding the past can clarify the source of pain. It does not have to determine the future.

Graham is a published author, based on the North Coast of Australia, and a member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists. He works online across Australian, USA, Canadian, and UK time zones.

PUBLICATIONS

Pain, Loss & Desire by Graham Robinson, a trauma memoir for survivors of childhood abuse, illustrated with a vibrant painted handprint.

Graham’s books are deeply human works that bring clarity, compassion, and understanding to the lasting effects of childhood trauma. Written from both lived experience and careful reflection, they offer readers experiences that are often difficult to name.

Shattered Innocence. Healing the Invisible Wounds of Childhood Trauma provides a compassionate and practical guide for those seeking to understand how early experiences shape emotional life, self-worth, and relationships. It supports readers in gently exploring their past while offering pathways toward healing, integration, and renewed self-agency.

Complementing this, Graham's first book, Pain, Loss & Desire is a raw and compelling narrative that sheds light on the emotional realities of trauma during childhood and the long-term impact of unacknowledged pain.

Together, they offer insight and support for survivors of childhood trauma.
